 All coffees are packaged in nitrogen flushed 12 oz bags within hours of roasting. We roast to order as much as humanly possible, and never ship coffee that's been roasted more than five days prior to your order date. All orders placed before 8:00 am (Eastern Time) will be packed and shipped that day with the exception of limited edition roast orders. All order placed after 8:00am (Eastern Time) will ship the next business day.Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service. P.O. Boxes and non-US addresses will be shipped via US Mail. If you prefer US Mail please call us at 866-444-5282 and we will make the necessary arrangements. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, so please plan accordingly. *Please note: Transit days start the first business day after your order is shipped. International Customers - Please note that additional charges may be incurred for Customs. All non-US addresses will be shipped via US Mail International Priority, unless otherwise specified.
