New Crop Los Sauces, Colombia is back. For twenty years Maria Santos Montilla Cerón has grown, harvested and processed coffee, as well as other crops, on her small farm in the mountains of Cauca, Colombia. She is an exceptional woman. Widowed for many years, she lives alone, with one permanent employee; a daughter helps her out. Her production is miniscule. No herbicides or pesticides are used. She applies mostly organic fertilizer using chicken manure and compost from her farm. Read More...

We are pleased to announce the release of our Kenya new-crop grand cru, Mamuto Farm, which serves as a wonderful replacement for our Tegu. Kenya is the only country in the world which auctions all of its coffee production. Mamuto fetched the highest price from the expert exporters of Kenya for this year’s crop and for good reason. Now eighty years old, she lives on Los Sauces with one permanent employee and receives regular help from one of her daughters. Despite having been a widow for those years, her hard work and effort has produced this amazing coffee.
